1 cup white rice

To begin with, add 1 cup rice and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl, mix well and set aside. The rice will need to be hot:

Last but not least, move the rice on one side of the cooking pan and gently poor the egg, give it a minute to harden on the bottom before you flip it. Mix it with the rice, breaking the egg into small sizes.
