You can add Mayo to most kinds of rice but the one that stood out for me was the white sticky rice. Before you add the mayo simply cook the rice until its ready to be eaten. It becomes Marshy if you overcook it when you add the mayo unless you are super dupa careful not to over mix. For every cup of rice you should use double the amount of water. I prefer not to add any salt to my mayo rice. In comparison to brown rice, unless you get the sticky type found in most Asian stores, I would not recommend mayo in it.
