Zoodles Primavera or Zucchini Noodles
Zucchini noodles also called zoodles primavera is one of the newest Keto friendly, low carbs additions to Olive Garden menu. I re-invented olive garden zoodles primavera into my own version that is equally healthy.Its loaded with vegetables and you can add as many as you please. 1/2 medium sized onion thinly sized
1 zucchini spiralized
1/2 red or yellow bell peppers
1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
1 tablespoon garlic herb seasoning
1 tablespoon pasta herb spice blend which you can buy here
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 stick celery cut into thin long slices
A pinch of pepper flakes
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan Cheese

Raw zucchini offers a similar nutrition profile as cooked zucchini, but with less vitamin A and more vitamin C, a nutrient which tends to be reduced by cooking. Zucchini’s contains a variety of vitamins, minerals, and beneficial plant compounds.

The olive garden noodles fall under 600 calories. This recipe serves one and has one large zucchini which contains 54 calories.
How to cook cook zucchini noodles olive garden
There are many ways of cooking zucchini noodles, they include, steaming, baking, stir frying and even boiling. All these methods give an equally tasty end product. This is my own version of zucchini noodles olive garden.
My little secrets towards a sumptuous and not soggy noodles are first off, removing the noodles that are very close to the core of the zucchini, they are mostly more moist that the those towards the skin. Also, avoid peeling the skin off as it is soft and adds great color to the dish. Moreover, avoid salting the noodles before cooking.
To begin with, I heated my skillet under medium high heat and added the cooking oil. Then added the onion, celery and bell peppers and saute them for 2 minutes, then added added the cherry tomatoes and pepper flakes. This already looked so delicious.
Next, dump in the zucchini noodles, garlic herb seasoning and pasta spice herbs. In addition, mix and saute for another 2 minutes. This will happen quick, if you leave the noodles to cook too long they get soggy and mushy.
Finally serve hot and garnish with grated Parmesan Cheese.
