How to cook spicy stir fry beef:

½ pound beef
2 chillies
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 cm long chopped ginger
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon fish sauce
½ chopped Onion
1 cup Red wine or any chinese wine
Spring onion
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Baking soda

Steps- beef stir fry recipe

In beef add soy sauce, cornstarch, baking soda, fish sauce and sugar and use your hands or a cooking stick to mix making sure all ingredients are getting in contact with the meat. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Brown beef off pan, do this in batches if the pan is not wide enough, spread the meat on pan to avoid stewing.

Saute all the aromatics until they are soft and onion alittle brown. Add red wine and deglaze the wok reduce sauce is thicker

Add beef back, stir up add spring onion

Serve.
