Cooking at home especially after a long day can be daunting for many however, this does not have to be the case. Below is a quick and easy spicy pasta recipe with a few ingredients within your pantry and fridge.

There are so many easy homemade pasta recipes out there, but the one am just about to show you is not only easy but healthy and super quick too. In one bowl you will have vegetables, proteins and carbs as well. In this recipe, I used hoisin sauce but I am confident you can substitute this with tomato paste or red sauce or chilli sauce.

4 Chilies
A bunch of green beans
3 cloves garlic thinly chopped
Pasta
¼ tablespoon salt
Coriander
1 tablespoon cooking oil
½ pound ground beef
One tablespoon soy sauce
3/4 tablespoon hoisin sauce
2 teaspoon fish sauce

Begin by making paste using garlic, coriander[roots the better], chilies[the more chillies. Remember this is supposed to be a quick and easy spicy recipe], salt.

Then go ahead and heat a wok or deep pan in medium high heat, add oil and paste and leave this to cook for 2 minutes.Once the onions are soft and tender add in the ground beef and cook until the water in drained, add fish sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce

Meanwhile boil pasta is salted water for about 7 minutes, make sure they are tender but not overly cooked. Cut green beans into small cube pieces. Its important to cut into small pieces as we are using ground beef, this does not apply when cooking a meal like spicy green beans.

Add the green beans into the beef, stir up you want to see a lime green color on the green beans. Overcooked beans have a dark color, this is how you know if you have overcooked them. At this point, dump the pasta in the main pot and mix.

Add the 1/4 cup of the pasta water. Because I have other people in the house who do not eat very spicy meals, I add more chillies on the plate.
