How To Make Moist Banana Bread:
2 cups all purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar
4 overripe bananas
½ spoon salt
1 spoon baking soda
1 stick butter
2 spoons olive oil
¼ cup sour cream
2 Eggs
Steps to making the banana bread recipe:
Banana bread is a great, but only when its moist. Fresh made is my personal favorite. But hey do not panic if you have some leftovers. You can store the banana bread in a fridge for a few days and toast it when you need to eat it. Toasted banana bread goes so well with butter.
To begin with, add 2 cups of flour in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl combine the sugar and butter and mix up until the sugar is dissolved, break two eggs, whisk and add into the mixture.
Next, mash the ripe bananas in another bowl or use a mixture. Do not over do it, this could take 3 minutes if you have a ripe banana. Its best to go for a banana that is more ripe than you would want it to be. mainly the ones with dark spots. Combine with the sugar butter mixture.
Last but not least,add olive oil,sour cream and also cinnamon(optional).At this point combine the butter to the flour and mix well do not over mix.
Spray the baking tin with oil or rub some butter. Pour the butter, bake for one hour in 350 degrees heated oven.
Check with a fork or toothpick buy poking the bread if it comes out clean its fully cooked.
Allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes before you serve.
