How To Cook Spicy Green Beans

Fresh green beans are a very nutrient dense food, meaning they are low in calories but packed with nutrients. They are considered an excellent source of vitamin K. Vitamin K plays an important role in bone mineralization by activating bone protein osteocalcin, which helps keep calcium in the bone. They are also an excellent source of vitamin A.

Ingredients:
A bunch of green beans
1 tbsp chili paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Red chillies
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
¼ pound beef sliced
2 tbsp cooking oil

Steps:
In a medium high heat pan or wok brown the beef, give it some time to cook through by flipping it time to time. Push it aside and add in the cooking oil garlic. Add in paste stir and add in green beans. Give this a good mix and add a little water for the green beans to cook through.

This makes a good side dish.
