green beans and ground beef

Ingredients:

A bunch of green beans
Half medium sized onion
3 cloves of garlic chopped
1 cm long ginger chopped
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 pound minced beef
2 red chillies
2 tablespoon chinese 5 spices.

Steps:

Ensure all the ingredients are prepped.

In a hot wok or large pan add in 2 tablespoons of oil, saute onions, garlic, ginger and chillies, once the onions are soft and tender add in ground beef, spread it on the wok so the beef does not form crumbs.

Give the beef 5 minutes to cook, add in 2 tablespoons of chinese 5 spices and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Mix.

Add in green beans and some water so that the green beans can cook through, give this 3 minutes then add in corn, stir.


Serve.
