1 Red dry chillie chopped
A bunch of baby broccoli
3 cloves garlic thinly chopped
1 shallot chopped
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
Stir fry sauce
1/4 chicken on beef stock
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp brown sugar
Steps:
Cut the beef into bite size pieces and set aside, add in shoaxing wine, dark soy sauce mix and marinate for 10 minutes or more.
Make the stir fry sauce by mixing all the stir fry ingredients together, make sure the corn starch and sugar are fully dissolved.
On a hot wok or skillet add in a 1 tbsp cooking oil, saute onion, ginger and chillie until soft.
Add in beef and spread on wok, give it time to sear on the bottom side.
Meanwhile, cut the bottom edge of baby broccoli like a cm. Steam in boiled salty water until they are soft the bite.
Check the beef, flip it time to time.
Add in the baby broccoli to the cooking beef, mix, add the stir fry sauce, give it a minute or so to to thicken.
